All aspects of nutrition and lifestyle are considered before starting and a comprehensive list of suggestions are made in what LIVE FIT likes to call the pre-program phase.
The pre-program phase is to improve areas such as general health, vitality, sleep, stress levels, irregular eating, detoxification and the digestive system in each client to a more optimal level where then body shape changes become easier to achieve.

Meal-by-meal nutrition and nutrient timing plans are then designed and updated when necessary, specific macro-nutrient plans to suit the requirements of each individual client, their goals and deadline.
Weekly photos & girth measurements are taken to track progress, LIVE FIT works backwards from the goal & deadline week by week to make sure we are on track.
Training programs are written specific to each clients training history, capabilities, goals & then are updated & progressed at the half way point to make sure the results keep rolling in.

ASSESSMENT
With my initial structural balance assessment I am able to determine your:

PERIODISED TRAINING PROGRAMMING
Based on all the information obtained from a new clients assessment, body fat percentages, goals & previous exercise history you will receive a fully customized training program detailing each part of each phase of the training cycle. Each phase of training is well thought out, it should feed into the next to force continual progress.
The programs always include HD video links to my exercise library with detailed cueing for optimal execution. Sets, reps, tempos & rest periods are all set up to suit each individual & their primary goal.
NUTRITION AND SUPPLEMENTATION PLAN
Your nutrition plan will be fully customized to your total daily energy expenditure (TDEE) body fat percentage & training volume. LIVE FIT uses a flexible dieting approach with a requirement to eat at least 80% clean whole food & hit daily macronutrient targets.
Each phase of your nutrition plan will be strategically integrated with the phases in your training program for a truly synergistic effect that delivers the fastest results possible.
8 WEEK PHYSIQUE IS NOT FOR YOU IF:
- Training with intensity, focus & consistency is something you will find difficult.
- If making changes in nutrition & lifestyle are not something you are willing to do.
- A minimum of one, but ideally two 1:1 Personal Training Sessions per week for 8 weeks.
- Two strength based workouts need to be completed per week on your own. (APROX 45-60 minutes)
- If life is currently highly stressful & there is nothing you can change about it ATM.
- If you are not currently getting or willing to get a minimum of seven hours quality sleep per night.
