People are often quite surprised to hear about the increase in required Protein by the body if you lift weights with any real intensity (& that can include body weight & boot camp type exercise).

When we exercise or lift weight we break down muscle tissue, what repairs muscle tissue you ask?? Protein does!

After you finish a workout you are actually weaker than when you started, what you do (rest & eat)between leaving the gym & coming back for your next workout will determine how quickly you move forward with the results everyone wants.

To explain it simply .. Exercise & Nutrition is only two parts of a six part wheel when it comes to health. Breathing, Hydration, Sleep & Thoughts being the others.

All six need to be looked at closely if true health, longevity, vitality & a zest for life interests you long term!

Body Fat

Where do you store body fat?

Storing body fat in different areas means different things & the approach to reduce body fat past the first few kg’s needs to fit the individual.

Yes genetics play a role but usually only due to the fact that the children or grand children have just followed suit having the same nutrition & lifestyle habits from the parents or grand parents. (Monkey-see-monkey-do)  
Storing body fat in certain areas is a dead giveaway of things going on internally that need slightly different approaches to get the result everyone’s looking for.
