the environment inside & around our cells are & to go completely without any hydration for more than a few days will be life threatening it is fair to say that without it we are in trouble…

To provide an optimal environment for life, the water we consume through food & drink must be clean & should supply the body with needed electrolytes, something not offered in regular tap water.

Like anything there is different qualities of fish oil.

As fish oil is one of the most taken supplements these days i thought it was important to point this out. 

Most of the mainstream fish oil supplements that are sold in supermarkets or health food store’s are very low quality, often from farmed fish & generally the carrier oil’s in the capsuals are rancid before the product even hits the shelves. I consider them an imitation of the real thing.

Yesterday for me was all about REST, RECOVERY & RE-ENERGIZE..!!

My last couple of busy work weeks & current exercise & training program had left me needing to get back to basics for the day.

Escape the phone, the business, the stress & noise we all get so used to dealing with every day.

I decided to fill my day with only things that would make me feel centered, give me an increase in vitality & help ground me in both mind & body!
