Today I have my favourite tasting healthy smoothie to pass on.
5 EASY INGREDIENTS
1 Young Coconut (you can buy them anywhere these days)
Cacao Powder APPROX 1/2 TABLESPOON (health food store)
Raw eggs 1-2
Coconut Oil (melted)1-2 tablespoon
Peppermint Essential OIl 2-3 drops
