This section was initially not included in this guide book, but I was often getting questions around alcohol after it was read. Letting go of alcohol for at least the time it takes to create something great physically & mentally as a Coach is a no brainer.

For some people it can be tough to do so, so I thought I might explain from the Coaches perspective why not drinking alcohol or at least minimising it as much as possible is almost essential to make optimal progress when it comes to reducing body fat.

An addiction is just an unmet need in someone’s life that usually all comes back to a safety & security issue in their childhood.
Avoid that one will fill usually with a substance, over or under eating or highs like sex & exercise.

It does not matter what the addiction is to, it’s what’s causing the addiction at the ground level that needs to be addressed.

Anything that is done regularly enough that you can’t stop doing that causes you “any” kind of pain or suffering is considered an addiction.

FAT LOSS RESULTS

The same person with varying body fat % requires different approach’s to a meal plan that works long term, so as a client begins to get results things need to begin to also change with what they are eating.

The current body fat % of a client is one of many things factored in regularly to an effective meal plan for lasting FAT LOSS.
That’s why it is very rare to find someone that has lost a lot of weight following the same approach to FAT LOSS from start to finish “& kept it off” 
The body is constantly adapting & changing how it responds to the different macro-nutrients & the total amount consumed as it gets leaner or gains weight.
