To explain it simply .. Exercise & Nutrition is only two parts of a six part wheel when it comes to health. Breathing, Hydration, Sleep & Thoughts being the others.

All six need to be looked at closely if true health, longevity, vitality & a zest for life interests you long term!

Fast Fat Loss

This is something I normally keep for my 1 on 1 clients….

Lately though I have felt the urge to try & help as many people as i can so stay tuned there is a lot more of where this has come from.

 

Have you heard of “Blood sugar handling issues, insulin resistence & syndrome X” ?

When you have fat to lose almost in all cases your blood sugar handling is not as good as it could be, to be honest in most cases it is in the toilet!

In other words your body does not utilize carbohydrates & sugar effectively or you are just eating them in to higher quantities, too often or the quality of carbohydrate is poor.

The importance of Acid-Alkaline balance!

Why is this important? The acid-alkaline balance of the body is crucial to our overall health. Our bodies are constantly working hard to maintain an ideal pH level to balance our systems.

With our modern lifestyle being so busy and stressful, we are likely to eat too much fast food, not drink enough quality water, struggle to get the 8 hours’ sleep that we all need every night & not eat enough healthy fresh vegetables & quality organic animal products like we used to on a daily basis. Overeating and living a typical acidic lifestyle where we are consuming unhealthy food such as white bread, sugar, table salt, take-away, soft drinks, alcohol, tea and coffee is the main reason that we become over-acidic.
