Hello All,

Today I have my favourite tasting healthy smoothie to pass on.

 

5 EASY INGREDIENTS

1 Young Coconut  (you can buy them anywhere these days)

Cacao Powder APPROX 1/2 TABLESPOON (health food store)

Raw eggs 1-2

Coconut Oil (melted)1-2 tablespoon

Peppermint Essential OIl 2-3 drops

It would be perfect to have as a pre workout or just a healthy snack or quick breakfast on the run

Always use high quality eggs when eating them raw.

Dont be fooled by the Coconut water you can buy in the bottles, its never as good as the natural product..
